You’re good at what you do. People count on you. From the outside, things look fine — maybe even impressive.

And yet.

Something in you knows there’s more to how you are experiencing and participating in living than what you've been able to access. You may not have language for it. You may have tried other approaches that helped for a while but didn't quite reach it.

Or perhaps you've already found your way into something more — through your own practice, your own searching, your own hard-won experience — and you're looking for someone who can meet you where you are.

Either way, what draws people to work with me is usually simple: a longing for something important that is not being fulfilled — a sense that something about how they're in contact with themselves and others isn't quite feeding what matters most.

I offer personal sessions designed to support you in finding ways to experience and participate in living that feel more coherent and fulfilling — to help you access more of your innate wisdom and capacity. Imagine a series of conversations rich with companionship where we explore your layers of wanting and not wanting. Where we get curious about what's getting in the way of you living into what feels most meaningful and life affirming to you.

We might sit with who you hold your self to be or how you inhabit your body. We might touch into how you relate to others and the world, or how you're navigating a transition that doesn't have a map. My approach arises from contemplative practice, an applied understanding of neurobiology, embodied awareness, and decades of walking closely with people in exactly this territory.

Along the way, I'll offer you practices you can play with on your own between sessions — ways of attending to your body, your experience, and your relationships that support what we're discovering together.

And when a partnership like this works, one of the benefits I appreciate most is that you find your self comfortable enough in your own skin so that you genuinely enjoy living.

For those who want this type of support, I recommend that we meet regularly — at least every other week — because the benefits of this type of companionship and learning unfold with consistent contact and practice over time.

If you think this way of partnering could be supportive for you, I invite you to schedule a free session for us to try out this approach together. Sessions are 55 minutes via Zoom.
